My name is Gage Davidson. I am an aspiring business professional with a knack in efficiency among leadership roles. I have a Bachelor of Science and currently am working towards a Masters in Business Administration.

Feel free to contact me for discussions of career opportunities.

I am in my final stages of being an undergraduate student. I have plans to continue the workforce and further my education with a Master of Business Administration. At the closing of this year, I will have a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies and will be utilizing my study field to earn positions at entry-level corporations. This will be to assist in my career growth aiming for key upward mobility.

From small town Big Spring, TX, I was a dedicated musician with countless noteworthy achievements. Ultimately, this made me want to further my education in music to share my experiences with less fortunate students. Throughout my first year at East Texas A&M University, I realized that the educational route was not the exact way I wanted to further my knowledge, but I was stuck in limbo which forced me to continue learning because of financial hardship. So, I furthered my knowledge in the business management industry whilst maintaining the groundwork progress of my core music courses. While I collected this information as a student, I found goals in the future to work for the musical students of the world at a corporate level.
——————————————
Through my time at ETAMU, I have been a supporting member of the conversion to the School of Music from the Department of Music which plays a large role in the growth and support of the program. Along with that, I have been a top performing member within their wind ensemble, who travels and performs music at the professional level. This is not unusual for me, as I have been a top member and leading Drum Major in musical ensembles since 2018 at the beginning of my musical career.

In Business Management, I have trained desirable qualities that compare me to little amounts of managers and leaders around the world. As a Drum Major of 300 students, I became a fierce and successful leader resulting in record breaking performances in 2018 and 2020, and I also became the first saxophone player to place at state since 1964. As an aspiring business professional, I’ve dedicated myself to mastering the leadership qualities in the day-to-day workplace—creating a proper balance of a results-driven and respected leader of any industry.

Customer Satisfaction

As a retail manager and public performer, I always had interactions with customers and the public eye. This has mastered my ability to ensure positive interactions from the public no matter the case.

Efficiency in a Crunch

I optimized business operations and managed safety within a thrift store environment resulting in a 20% growth in sales and foot traffic—successfully maintained a 5-star customer rating and a 100% completion rate for “Top Dasher” status within the delivery company DoorDash.

Versatility

I have always worked within fast-paced environments in music and business which required me to be innovative at a moments notice. From scheduling, routing efficient delivery routes, and proper product placement before a big rush, my track record proves my capabilities of being a great leader.

While my future goals are in assisting the growth of musicians across the world, I have experience of being an assistant manager in a fast-paced retail industry. This taught me more about the exact functions of a manager inside the workplace whilst maintaining brand and safety standards. My main goal as a future business leader is to efficiently and strategically land the qualities that will bring companies to their highest performing levels.

As a family man, I enjoy staying home, decompressing with my loved ones, spending time with my dogs, and enjoying as much life as I can. When I get extremely comfortable, you will see me turn on a PC game at times and enjoy cooking for large groups of people which helps me feel like I play a good role with my family and friends.
